Traveled from Nh to NC, ran over a deer in maryland in my Kia! Towed to Jones Kia to inspect vehicle and possibly repair part hanging from under car. Great service, looked at our car in a timely fashion. Did a 22 point inspection as to alleviate my fears of any catastrophic damage!Let us know part was a vapor canister that could be strapped back up and not cause any problems for the rest of our trip! Gave us an estimate for which the parts would have to be ordered. We kindly said no, as we had to get to our son's graduation from boot camp at Fort Jackson, NC. No attitude or horror stories if we did not get it serviced! Not only did they wash and vacuum our car, they did not charge us a penny! Thanked us for our sons service and sent us on our way. We didn't buy the car from this Kia dealer, but they're usually the only Kia dealer in the central Maryland area that will take the car in for service on the same day, let alone the same week. Also the service is well done and efficient here, staff are friendly, no complaints overall (besides that it's over an hour from home, but there's not really anything that can be done about that).

returned our leased Kia Optima and purchased a brand new Optima because
we loved the car. We had been to another dealer in Timonium, but we
weren't feeling it. Jerry Huntley at Jones was awesome! He did
everything he could to earn our trust - and the sale. The bottom line
is that we were treated fairly and believe we got the best deal Jerry
could offer, so we were comfortable with our decision to purchase. Ray

He knew what we were needing and wanted and convinced me that purchasing a Kia Sorrento was the way to go. I do love my car---drives very smoothly and has alot of upgrades that are certainly sweet and worth the upgrade!!!!!! We were in and out quickly and got excellent customer care.
